碱水粽( Kee Zhang)
裹12粒粽(yeild 12 dumplings)
材料(Ingredients):
糯米500克...................500g glutinous rice
碱水1汤匙 ..................1tbsp lye
油2 汤匙oil ..................2 tbsp oil
裹材(materials):
粽叶12- 15片,洗净,滚水煮10分钟,沥干
12 - 15 bamboo leaves ,softened with boiling water 10 minutes,drained.
咸水草12 -15 ,条洗净,滚水煮10分钟,沥干待用
12 -15 hemp, softened with boiling water 10 minutes,drained.
做法(Method):
1。糯米洗净,浸水至少6小时
1. Cleaned the glutinous rice,soaked for at least 6 hours.
2。糯米沥干水分,加入碱水和油,搅拌均匀,置旁待用。
2. Drained the glutinous rice, add in lye and oil,mix well,set aside.
3。将一片粽叶,叶尾互叠,,曲折成漏斗型,舀入适量糯米,覆下粽叶,按下两侧,屈好余下的叶端,用咸水草绕扎好打结。
3. Take one bamboo leaf,fold it into funnel shape,scoop in some glutinous rice,cover up with bamboo leaf and shape like dumpling,finally tight with a hemp.
