大吉大利旺来汪来

那天做了{孩子的狗狗饼干}
觉得没有味道,把原食谱改成鲸鱼
里面包入黄梨馅味道和黄梨饼一样








食谱来自:鲸鱼

材料:(皮料)脆粉/低粉380G,牛油125G,MARJERIN125G,糖粉40G,奶粉50G,蛋黄3粒,炼乳1TBSP

*全部材料除了粉类拌匀,最后再加入脆粉
*取适量饼皮,包入馅料,175C--180C,烘20分钟既成

**如果是用这个方格模,馅料8G,皮料11G,共19G

我用馅料;5克,皮料;10克
150度20分钟

低粉是低筋面粉?
什么是脆粉?
