传统花生饼


                                         这传统花生饼是用猪油做的                              
                                    我们每年都吃的妈妈做的传统花生饼
                                        小时候看到妈妈炒花生,炸猪油
                                         帮忙妈妈去花生衣吹呀吹花生衣
                                    其实在偷吃花生呀,小老鼠在偷吃花生



材料很简单:花生500g(炒香去皮搅碎)猪油250-300g
面粉500g,糖粉260g,蛋黄2个打散
做法:将花生碎,面粉和糖搅拌均匀,慢慢加入猪油
拌成团,拿一些搓成圆形,用筷子的尾部的圆形
中间按个小圆圈,涂上蛋液,以150度烤25分钟
