是的最近FB爆红的炼奶面包,香味四溢
我家两只猴子扫到完,一片一片拔来吃这样才好吃
食谱来自;jaselinewai
食谱参考 : 肉桂打喷嚏( http://kkoko0620.blogspot.com/2014/04/blog-post_22.html)
高粉 – 200g
细糖 – 20g
牛奶 – 130ml
盐 – 3g
奶油(牛油)- 20g
速酵母 – 3g
炼乳 – 25g
涂料 :
奶油(牛油)- 20g
炼乳 – 20g
- 混合均匀,备用
做法 :
1) 牛奶微波30秒,除了奶油外,所有材料混合成团.
2) 加入奶油揉成光滑面团 (扩展阶段).
3) 初步发酵45分钟,排气,把面团杆成长方型,均匀的涂上已混合好的涂料。
4) 橫裁切成3等份,重叠後再直切成8份(我是随便切小份),放入已涂油的中空模/戚风模
,最后发酵45分钟。
5) 预热烤箱200゜C ,再转175゜C烤25分钟. 出炉后立即脱模以免面包受潮,冷却后即可享用
